Employment Practices Liability provides protection to employers for person grievances taken by employees for actual or alleged wrongful dismissal, wrongful termination or wrongful discharge. The cover also extends to breach of an implied term of a contract as well as discrimination, harassment, provisions of negative or defamatory statements in connection with an employee reference or other disadvantage.
