To compliment the General Liability policy DUAL can also provide Statutory Liability to provide cover for defence costs for alleged breaches of most statutes affecting commercial businesses, as well as costs associated with representation at an investigation or inquiry and fines or cash penalties payable by the Insured following convistion for an offence under an insured statute (except under the Health & Safety in Employment Act)
