How to bind a WebRater Renewal

Binding a renewal on the DUAL WebRater has never been easier. Where a risk has no material changes, you can bind a renewal yourself in minutes, saving you huge amounts of time!

  • You will receive a renewal invite email and this will include the proposed renewal terms for the coming renewal period.
  • You then simply jump on to WebRater, update anything as required and the risk will either progress as presented to allow you to bind immediately, or it will re-quote in real time if there are significant activity or turnover changes etc.
  • In some situations it may refer if you add/amend something that needs to be reviewed, and this follows the same process as you will be used to on New Business. If this does happen, you will likely still have your amended renewal terms the same day!

For a details step by step guide on the renewal process, please click the video play button below!

In the following short video Sarah Watson outlines some important Financial Lines terminology including claims made, retroactive date, cost inclusive and exclusive deductibles.
