What if I need to change the period of insurance or endorse the policy after binding in WebRater?

If you need to make changes to a policy once it has bound, please contact your dedicated WebRater contact or send a request to webrater@dualnewzealand.co.nz

We don’t accept a closing as a form of an endorsement, and you are required to communicate any endorsements with a DUAL underwriter for approval as we may require more information.
