Why do my renewal terms have subjectivities and what do I need to do?

If new information is required on a renewal, this will appear as a subjectivity when you open the renewal terms in WebRater. Subjectivities must be answered before being able to proceed to renewal terms and binding. Updated subjectivities do not need to be sent through to DUAL as these will be automatically updated in the system when you answer them. 

If you need to update any expiring information such as fees, turnover or activities, please navigate back to the Basic Information screen, once subjectivities have been answered.
