DUAL’s Statutory Liability policy provides cover for defence costs for alleged breaches of most statutes affecting commercial businesses, as well as costs associated with representation at an investigation or inquiry, and fines or cash penalties payable by the Insured following conviction for an offence under an insured statute (excluding the Health & Safety in Employment Act).
